There aren't any forum rules, so I am guessing this is okay.

A free web hosting service that I work at is currently having a contest. The person that makes the most posts on our forums (no spam!) by the end of October will get a FREE .com for 1 year plus 3 months of post-free web hosting from us. There are also prizes for second, third, and fourth place.

The contest is being held by CancerHost. At CancerHost, we donate ad revenue and donations to cancer research foundations. This contest has a sole purpose of trying to promote our cause.

Actually, there is no specific relevance for this specific forum. The assumption is that with a lounge, people are open to discuss what they want, providing it doesn't break forum rules or some kind of law.
